The Queensborough Residents Association (QRA) is a volunteer-run group of dedicated community members committed to improving the quality of life in our neighbourhood. We serve as a liaison between residents and the City of New Westminster, bringing forward local concerns, supporting community initiatives, and helping to shape the future of Queensborough together.
Whether it’s traffic safety, new developments, floodplain issues, or community amenities, the QRA is your platform to be heard.

Individual memberships are $5.00/year. Business memberships are $10.00/year.
Persons aged nineteen (19) years of age or older who are:
Queensborough residents, registered owners of land in Queensborough, and/or representing a business licensed by the City of New Westminster to operate in Queensborough are eligible to become members of the Association.
The constitution established holds the following rules all members will abide by.
Application for membership of the Association is subject to the conditions laid out in this Constitution and the By-Laws.
Only one person from each business licensed by the City of New Westminster to operate in Queensborough is eligible to become a member of the Association.
A member may withdraw from the Association upon notice in writing to the Secretary.
A member may be expelled by the members of the Association for conduct which is deemed by two-thirds of members of the Association present and entitled to vote at an Annual or General Meeting to be detrimental to the Association.
Membership dues are payable at the General Meeting of the Association held in September or at the time when a person applies to become a member of the Association. A member may be expelled by the executive Committee for non-payment of dues after two (2) months notice in writing as to their delinquency.
Upon being expelled from the Association, a member shall be deemed to have immediately resigned from all positions that the member held with the Association
Membership dues are not refundable.
The interest of a member is not transferable.
The list of members of the Association is confidential and shall not be publicized or made available to other bodies.
